Guest Service positions include Cashiers, Order takers, Customer Service Representatives and Expeditors who work directly with guests. A friendly personality, strong communication skills and a desire to exceed our guest’s expectations are required.

Production positions include Cooks, Sandwich Makers and Prep employees who prepare the food to the highest quality standards that the company has set forth. Our employees must be able to read and follow recipes and maintain quality in a fast paced environment.

Support positions include Bussers and Dishwashers who maintain a clean environment and uphold sanitation requirements.


Our high volume units require an experienced manager to provide quality food and service to our guests.


Strong communication skills, friendly personality and a desire to please the guests are required.


The corporate staff at Portillo’s is part of the support system for field operations.
